The hotel is nice and the location is very good. Public transpost is only 2 max 3 minutes walk. The bus stop is at the opsite part of the street where the hotel is located. In the same street you have good restaurant. If you do need enery for your car, there are 3 or more pump stations on the road of the hotel.
Good location near the city metro and the atomium tourism site
very basic hotel. Staff not particularly friendly. Not able to set up taxi calls or wake-up calls. Very disappointing stay.
Staff not particularly friendly. Not able to set up taxi calls or wake-up calls according to instructions given.
Went to a concert at Stade Roi Baudouin & the hotel was opposite so very handy. The Metro stop was just a short walk away so easy to reach. The room was clean & quiet.
The staff was kind enough to provide a mero map and show me the way to visit must-see-places. The hotel is located to a close place to the metro station to the core of Brussel. It also has secure parking spaces available.
I liked the promptitude of the staff, their implication into helping or sorting out questions/ issues of the customer, the location (easy to access the center by metro or tram). The value for money was also acceptable and affordable, even for a student as I was. The bed was also dreamy comfortable and the room had it's basics, not too much but not too little.
Rather small room, not very easy to move around when traveling with heavy and large luggage
Nothing at all...
Ropey area, old car stereo lying on the ground outside the hotel & mounded up rubbish bins, not a good first impression. First room supplied stank of smoke despite being a non smoking room, immediately complained was originally being told no other rooms were available, after insisting something be done about it he found us another room which instead stank of cheap aftershave & BO, nice.... Dirty bathroom with various hairs dotted around. Very rowdy multiple occupants(4) of the room next door with paper thin walls transmitting every sound, generally found this place to be a bit like a halfway house house for drop outs, avoid at all costs!
Too small room, elevator didn`t work
Easy to find. Clean rooms, good Wifi connection for free.
A littebit Old fashioned.
I have choose best western hotel because facility to park my car in the hotel parking, but I am very disappointed, I have been told that parking it is only for 3 cars therefore I only managed to park my car in the first night. Bedding has not been changed in Saturday , some part in stairs carpet dirty, lift was out of order for Saturday Sunday and Monday morning when we left. I will not recommend this hotel to any one of my family or friends also I will write to the owner ((Mr. Horgnie)) plus in the web. In December me and some of my staff we will be going to Brussels, but not staying at this hotel. Regards Mr A. Youssef
Directly across the street from the soccer stadium, where, coincidentally, a match was being played between the US and Belgium. Wifi was free
Rooms were small. Breakfast cost extra. Parking garage was full, so I had to park on the street.
Private parking allowing the van to be off the road
Could hear people in the room next door all night with tv on. Room to small for furniture could just say move
It was a quiet clean hotel and close to some nice tourist sites - the Atomium and Little Europe.
It was a bit far from the city center and we had to take the metro to get to the Grand Place...but that also gave us an opporunity to explore more of the city.
It was clean and had a good breakfast and the staff were helpful
The carpet and stairs are slippery and a hazard
Clean rooms, modernised, contemporary furniture, free wifi, breakfast was more than OK. Plenty of free parking accross the street.
Very small rooms, very small bathroom
